Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited university.
Three or more years of relevant OT experience, with at least three years in a school setting.
Active license to practice OT in Illinois; registered with the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulations (IDFPR).
Current knowledge of federal and state statutes related to privacy, care, and protection.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with staff and external agencies as needed.

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to K–8 students across two primary school locations.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and offer referrals as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
Provide expertise and consultation to support student success across a diverse school community.
